MFD Council Members are the highest decision maker in the organization. Members of the MFD Council are proposed by the Affiliates and appointed in the General Meeting. MFD Council Members meet 3 times a year. MFD Affiliates propose issues and proposals to make decisions that will be implemented nationwide to the deaf community.
